The ITEC has been asked to collect materials from the 16 sessions presented in Vienna by several participants.
It is proposed to session organizers (who want to do so) to collect the material of the presentations and to send in one email all the files (renammed with the name of the speaker e.g. mauser.pdf for a talk of Norbert Mauer) together with the final list of speakers of their session.
Materials sent by individual speakers directly are needed to be approuved by the session organizer and will be refused by the ITEC.
Speaker are thus invited to send their file to the session organizer.
The preferred format is PDF.
